Aaj hum janenge ki is kadi dhup se apne sharir or sehat ko kayse bachay.
Dhup ka prabhav hamare sharir ke liye bahut mahatvapurn hai, lekin agar ham dhyan nahi dete toh ye hamare sharir ke liye khatarnak bhi ho sakta hai. Yah hamare sharir ke liye nuksaan pahunchane ke alawa, hamare twacha ko bhi bekar kar sakta hai. Isliye, is jaanlewa dhup se bachne ke liye hame kuch kadam uthane chahiye:
Jalte hue sooraj se bachen: Jab sooraj tapti dhup mein hota hai, to uski garmi hamare sharir ke liye nuksaan dayak hoti hai. Isliye, aapko jalte hue suraj ke samay bahar na nikalna chahiye.
Kapde ka chayan: Aapko hamesha kapde ka chayan karte samay dhyaan dena chahiye. Aapko aise kapde pehnne chahiye jo hava ko acche se pravahit karte hon aur aapke sharir ko thandak pradan karte hon.
Jalpan aur Pani: Aapko dhup ke samay adhik pani piyein, isse aapka sharir tarotaaza rahega. Saath hi aapko svasth aur poshtik bhojan khana chahiye.
Jalne se Bachen: Agar aapko jalne ki shikayat hai to aapko dhup se bachna bahut jaruri hai. Iske liye aap ghar ke andar rah sakte hai ya aap chhate par shadeed dhup se bachne ke liye chhat par chhaja ya tent bhi laga sakte hain.
Suraksha ke Upkaran: Aapko dhup se suraksha ke liye chhata, topi aur sunglasses ka istemaal karna chahiye. Ye aapko dhup ke hanikarak kirano se bachayenge.
Dhup mein vyayam na karen: Dhup mein vyayam karne se aapko thakaan mehsoos hone lagega aur sharir mein garmi bhi badh jayegi. Isliye, aapko dhup mein vyayam na karna chahiye.
Twacha ki dekhbhal: Dhup se hamari twacha bahut hi jyada prabhavit hoti hai. Isliye, aapko hamesha dhup se surakshit rakhne ke liye sunscreen ka istemaal karna chahiye. Sunscreen aapki twacha ko dhup ke hanikarak kirano se bachayega.
In sabhi upaayon ka palan karke aap apni sehat aur sharir ko dhup ke hanikarak prabhav se surakshit rakh sakte hai
